Introduction to Computers
The student uses technology to assist in gathering, analyzing, organizing and presenting information; that is the student demonstrates his/her:
1.. Use of the internet: to acquire information for specific purposes from reliable on-line sources.
2. Use of software: to use word processing, graphics, spread sheets and other applications to produce reports and related materials.
3. Presenting Work: makes the result of their work available to various audiences by use of an appropriate presenting tool such as:
a. hardcopy-a printed copy of work used to reach a limited
number of people.
b. Web site- presentation becomes available to all people who
have access to the internet.
